Hello, I'm Marie,

I'm 53, perimenopausal. I'm also a psychologist who specialises in how trauma and chronic stress affect our nervous system and ultimately our health. I have lived with chronic pain (endometriosis, fibromyalgia and arthritis) for 30+ years.

Age 53 perimenopause affected my sleep patterns and energy. The relentless exhaustion crept into all areas of my life. Support from my GP was disappointing - sleeping tablets or anti-depressants!! So I deep dived into my own research, forensic in uncovering how to put the brakes on menopausal symptoms.

High Vibe Menopause is the hard won experience and expertise I've gained learning to embrace this second act of our lives.
