WHAT IS PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY?
Psychological therapy is about coming back to who we are.
From childhood we are taught to disconnect from our true nature, over time we feel dis-ease in life, eventually we can lose our sense of who we are and forget what lights us up. Underneath all of those stories, values, expectations is your true nature, your vital spark and unique gifts.
There are many kinds of psychological therapy, the approach I draw from is experiential. This means I help you to understand why you experience the life you do and what if anything you would like to change. I use various expressive tools such as dreams, different experiential techniques, psychometrics, hypnosis, breathwork and incantations. Sometimes we talk about it but mostly you are learning, processing, growing and expressing who you are.
You will learn to feel safe in your body, cultivate innate wisdom, restore faith in yourself and express who you are more fully.
Together we will:
+ Tune into to earlier versions of who you are, the 'ourlawed' parts you have hidden.
+ Unearth the pure gold of your psyche
+ Process and integrate new learning and growth
This is quite different from mainstream approaches based on the medical model of 'mental illness' and therefore 'talking therapy.' For many, especially women, this can actually be a disservice to us. There are many reasons for this but importantly it ignores the union of mind body spirit and if we have experienced trauma or are living with hormonal shifts and physical conditions...the work we need to do takes place in the body as well as the mind.

A four session booking costs £349 or £90 per session.

48 hours notice is required for any changed or cancelled one to one bookings. Payments for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of start time (or no-shows) remain due in full. In exceptional circumstances your payment/session date & time may be transferred by agreement.​​
