I offer women coaching circles or if you prefer 1:1, with myself. I invite the unmasked, raw version of you to feel seen and heard, maybe for the first time. Over the weeks you will become aware of your unique story and how it drives your life. This is how you will find clarity about what you are good at, what makes you different, what you bring to the table, who you are at your core and importantly how you want to live this next chapter of your life. As an experienced coach, psychotherapist and psychologist you will feel truly witnessed, supported and challenged.
Coaching circles are limited to a small group of women, held over six weeks via Zoom. All materials are emailed prior to the first session.

Booking & Cancellations

I offer a free initial 20 minute no obligation chat to explore if we want to work together.

1:1 four session booking, investment of £359.

6 group coaching sessions via zoom, investment £180.

All payments are due in full via a payment link.

24 hours notice is required for any changed or cancelled one to one bookings. Payments for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of start time (or no-shows) remain due in full.

Group coaching payments are due in full two weeks before the programme begins.

No refunds except in exceptional circumstances when your payment/session date & time may be transferred by agreement.
