Because of my own experience and my daughters, I turned my anger at the gaslighting from medical and psychiatric professions into supporting womens health and wellbeing.

My career began as a statistician looking for the hidden stories in socio-economic and later psychometric data sets. After working in Bucharest in the early 90's I commited to qualifying as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (British Psychological and previously HPCP registered). First as a researcher and teacher in and then focused on creating cultural change through leadership for organisations such as BBC Radio, BASF, Coca Cola, Nokia, and UK government departments including, HM Treasury, Cabinet Office, DWP. At weekends in my home city of Liverpool, I managed a small psychological practice offering quality support to individuals and community groups. (Depth psychotherapy, Hypnosis, Parts Therapy, Strategic Brief Therapy, EMDR, EFT, Transactional Analysis). A devotee of yoga I retrained as a yoga therapist for my 50th birthday and began teaching and hosting a daily online sangha of embodied practice. I produce several UK TedX events (17 years), sharing ordinary peoples' extraodinary stories on the world stage.
