
SERENITY GROUNDED MAGIC
Each morning we make the choice to focus our attention, breathe deep, ground ourselves and find serenity. Through our practice we ignite the courage of the heart to stay true to ourselves and the magic of this world and what really matters. This is an online sangha, an offering for anyone who would like to be part of a small intimate caring community offering each other accountability to show up for ourselves and develop our home practice. We meet every day mostly in the morning before the chaos of the world has begun.
Together we explore feelings, patterns of thinking, emotions and how they live in the body. Through the use of breath, posture, meditation, movement, mantra and incantations we become:
1. Conscious of unhelpful patterns of behaviour, biology, thinking and emotions.
2. Release old patterns stored in the body & mind
3. Create new patterns to support our growth
WE EXPLORE OUR ENTRENCHED PATTERNS AROUND EMOTIONAL REGULATION, ATTACHMENT, DUTY, PERFECTIONISM AND PERSONALITY.

Please Be Aware...To join the morning sangha I will arrange a telephone call to discuss your experience of yoga meditation, injuries or illness. Because you practice in the comfort of your own home or workplace it is at your own risk. I am known for my clarity of instruction and I always offer alternative movements to accomodate injuries or physical and psychological constraints, however I cannot be responsible for supervision via zoom and any injuries your incurr during your practice.

I joined Marie's online classes and they have really helped both with my fitness levels, as well as, mentally. As a teacher I often find work stressful. Marie's classes help me to focus my mind on the positives rather than the negatives. The breathing techniques I use everyday when I feel things may be getting a little too much. At first it was difficult to imagine how I would ever regain the flexibility lost through years of sitting at a desk or in a car on long work trips. I saw a difference almost immediately. I now try to do it three or four classes a week. I have less aches and pains, increased strength and flexibility and have learnt important breathing techniques that I find myself doing without thinking when I need to calm myself.

Once that deep breath is taken, you're reconnected; to your own body, to Marie's voice, to everything. She always says: "This is where the magic happens."
