
6-week mindful meditation course
An embodied course helping you to become more compassionate towards yourself. Especially for those who experience bouts of dibilitating anxiety.

A small supportive course, therefore places are limited. Over 6 weeks we will:
Week 1: Focussing attention...breath and senses
Week 2. Our nervous system and emotional regulation
Week 3. Understanding the body brains...the wisdom of the gut
Week 4. Understand the wisdom of the heart
Week 5. Understand the wisdom of the mind
Week 6. Integrating self-compassion and ritual into our lives
Each week we will:
+ Be welcomed in sacred circle
+ Receive journalling prompts and record our progress in a restorative journal
+ Have the support of Marie to answer any questions
+ Have the support of a whatsapp community to share experiences
+ Experience gentle somatic movement, breathwork and meditation
+ Explore rituals to soothe and calm your nervous system
+ End in a guided compassion based meditation
+ Close in sacred circle
