Highland Yoga
I began yoga aged 43. Arthritis made it difficult to climb stairs and the medical solution was a double knee replacement. Yoga was my last resort but by end of my first class I knew there was something powerful within this practice. My yoga mat became my safe space for a daily check-in, to re-build physical strength and to nurture the mind-body-spirit connection.

I currently teach community classes in Dunoon, Scotland. Each class is a mind-body workout combines movement, meditation and breathwork with a rejuvenating musical backdrop.
