Masterclass for Managers: Building Wellbeing and Resilience in Teams

An 8 hour workshop (4 hours via zoom, 4 -hours face to face) of a science backed approach to enhance personal wellbeing and resilience.
 
This is a programme for even the most sceptical managers. You will experience 1.5 hour zoom teaching and coaching. Followed by 1/2 day of practice.

You will:
  • Learn how the nervous system operates
  • Understand the uniqueness of your nervous system as a manager and team leader
  • Explore the role of the nervous system in the three Critical areas for high performance:
  • LOGOS: THINKING - Managing anxiety and overthinking such as perfectionism

  • ETHOS: Managing Procrastination and overwhelm

  • PATHOS: Managing relationship style and ability to work collaboratively

Masterclass for Health, Social Care and Therapy Professionals: Re-wiring the dysregulated Nervous system.

A 10 hour workshop (4 hours via zoom, 6-hours face to face) of a science backed approach to working with a dysregulated nervous system.
 
This is a programme is for those who work in a care or health setting with people who have struggled with trauma or chronic stress.
 
You will experience 4 hour zoom teaching and coaching. Followed by 6 hours of practice.
 
It's especially helpful if you want to:
  • Gain further undersanding of the effects of a dysregulated nervous system
  • Create an environment to nurture and support the nervous system
 
You will:
  • Learn how the nervous system operates
  • Gain an awarenss of the uniqueness of your nervous system
  • Understand the role of the nervous system in stress, chronic stress, trauma and burnout.
  • Explore a toolset of practical exercises to help re-wire nervous system dyregulation.
  • Experience a restorative practical session of nervous system re-set.
