My work is holistic, beyond traditional therapeutic models. I draw from a broad base of expertise including psychodynamic, humanistic, hypnosis and rational emotive and somatic therapy. I'm also a yoga, meditation, breathwork teacher and I practice earth based wisdom and rituals.
My career includes 30+ years as a Chartered psychologist, 18 years a psychotherapist and executive coach, an academic educator for 30 years and speaker coach for 16 years. After living and working in many cities around the globe, I base myself in the Scottish Highlands. A member of the British Psychological Society, I supervise and mentor health and wellbeing professionals. My story is here
